- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the platform without permission.
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring your use of the platform complies with your professional obligations, the NDIS Code of Conduct and all applicable laws.
2. Subscriptions and payments
ProvideWise is offered on a subscription basis. The details of available plans, features, pricing and billing frequency are set out on our website or in a separately signed agreement.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing by giving you reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal date.
- If payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to the platform until payment is received.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.

3. AI-generated content
ProvideWise uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, case notes, task ideas, reminders and other outputs. By using the AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, appropriate or up to date.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving and using any AI-generated content before it is stored, shared or relied upon.
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical or NDIS advice.
- We do not use your content to train third-party AI models for general purposes.
You must not use AI-generated outputs in ways that breach NDIS requirements, professional standards, or participant confidentiality obligations.
4. Intellectual property
Our IP. ProvideWise and all related software, designs, branding, documentation, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
Your content. You retain ownership of the content you enter, upload or create in the platform, including participant records, notes, documents and task data. You grant us a licence to use that content solely to operate, support and improve the platform for you.
You must not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices in the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for every purpose.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation or business opportunity.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring your own professional insurance, compliance obligations and record-keeping practices meet NDIS and regulatory requirements.
6. Account termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings available in the platform. You remain liable for all charges incurred before cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:
- breached these terms or applicable law
- misused the platform or endangered the security of others
- failed to pay fees when due
- become inactive for an extended period
On termination, your access to the platform will cease. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable law and any separate data retention agreement. You are responsible for exporting any data you need before closing your account.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g. New South Wales], Australia. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms will be brought in the courts of that State and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
8. Dispute resolution

If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
